What is it?
Learn everything there is to know about the music business in just a few days! You'll learn about songwriting, copyright, making money, performing, recording, getting a record deal, publishing deals, managers, contracts, music promotion, social networking, starting a band, putting on gigs, distribution, working in the music biz and much more! There will also be a guest speaker from a local entertainment law firm to answer YOUR questions.

The workshops will run every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 6-9pm throughout March from MediaCityUK.
There will be a special tour of 94.4FM Salford City Radio which includes a talk on radio broadcasting, production and record promotion. You will also be given the chance to have an IAG (Information, Advice, Guidance) session with one of our tutors. This is a very rare opportunity for you to learn everything there is to know about the music business for FREE from a team of music professionals who are active in the industry. It is suited to anybody who aspires to work in the music industry, or those who are already active in the business but want to learn more about other areas.
