Whether you want to be a composer, songwriter, musician, singer, rapper, sound engineer, remixer, producer, record label boss, club promoter, record promoter, designer, DJ, journalist, agent, lawyer, manager, publisher, radio presenter or more, the Salford Music Industry Academy will equip you with the knowledge, skills and contacts you need to gain employment or set up in self-employment in the music business.

This summer, we will be launching our virtual academy in the city, and you're invited to come aboard and learn everything there is to know about the business from award-winning chart-topping music industry professionals. You can learn from the comfort of your own home, a friends house, the library or any place where there is a computer with an Internet connection. You'll receive free copies of our books (worth £60) and the opportunity to get ahead in one of the toughest industries there is.

No classes to attend - No previous music experience required - Just the willingness to succeed in the music industry.

The 8-week course will be free for unemployed people in the city of Salford, UK, however; if you are working or live outside of the area we may still be able to help (*small fee required).
